  • Endurance Challenge: Carrying a person weighing 65.5 kgs across 183 meters within 96 seconds; clearing a 2.7-meter wide ditch with a long jump landing on both feet; and climbing a 3-meter vertical rope using hands and feet.
  • Tradesman Mate Test: Must successfully complete a 1.5 km run and carry a 50 kg weight for 200 meters.

Salary Structure and Pay Scales
