The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has started the registration process for the 11th Food Analyst Examination (FAE) 2025-26. This examination is conducted to certify eligible candidates as Food Analysts for food testing laboratories and food industry across India. Eligible candidates can apply online before 22 January 2026.

Examination Stages
- Computer Based Test (CBT): MCQ based, +4 for correct, -1 for incorrect, minimum 50% to qualify
- Practical Examination: Conducted in two batches after CBT
- Mandatory Training: Two weeks training before certification
