IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 523 Vacancies

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has published the IOCL Northern Region Apprentice Recruitment 2025 notification
(Advt. No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2025-26/01). A total of 523 apprentice vacancies have been announced for Technician,
Trade and Graduate Apprentices across 119 locations covering Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir,
Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Interested candidates can apply online from 12th September 2025 to 11th October 2025
via the NATS / NAPS portals and must also submit details using the Microsoft Form link provided in the notification.

Vacancy & Trades

The vacancies are spread across three broad categories:

• Technician Apprentices – Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Electronics.
• Trade Apprentices (ITI) – Trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Data Entry Operator.
• Graduate Apprentices – B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com (as specified).

Eligibility Criteria (as on 30 September 2025)

Candidates must satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• Age: 18–24 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, up to 10 years for PwBD (as applicable).
• Technician Apprentice: 3-year full-time Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD where applicable).
• Trade Apprentice (ITI): Matriculation + 2-year full-time ITI in the relevant trade. For Data Entry Operator, Class 12 or skill certificate as notified.
• Graduate Apprentice: Full-time graduate (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD where applicable).
• Higher qualifications (B.E./B.Tech/MBA/CA/MCA etc.) may not be eligible for certain apprentice categories — check the official notification.

Stipend Details

Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act and IOCL policy. Indicative figures (refer to notification for exact):

• Technician Apprentices: Approx. ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month (shared payment between BOAT and IOCL depending on category).
• Graduate Apprentices: Approx. ₹9,000–₹12,000 per month.
• Trade Apprentices (ITI/DEO): Stipend as per government norms and IOCL rules.

Selection Process

The selection for IOCL NR Apprentice Recruitment 2025 will be merit-based. Key points:

• Merit list prepared on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification (ITI/Diploma/Graduate).
• In case of tie, older candidate (by DOB) will be preferred.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and must be medically fit as per IOCL standards.
