Total monthly emoluments in metropolitan centers approximate Rs. 1,14,000/- along with allowances, New Pension Scheme benefits under PFRDA, gratuity, medical benefits, and leased accommodation as per company norms. Appointed officers undergo a 1-year probation period and must pass the non-life Licentiate Examination conducted by the Insurance Institute of India.
