  • Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962

    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • PwBD: 10 years

3. Educational Qualification

  • Engineering degree from a recognized university, or
  • Passed Sections A and B of the Institution of Engineers (India), or
