Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Educational qualifications must be acquired through full-time regular courses from UGC-recognized universities or AICTE-approved institutions. Candidates who have completed education through distance learning, open schooling, part-time, correspondence, or executive MBA modes are ineligible.

• Risk Officer (Scale-I): Regular full-time PG degree in MBA (Finance) or Master’s in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics with minimum 60% marks. Desirable: 1 year experience as a Risk Officer in Banks/NBFCs/FIs/Fintech.
• HR Officer (Scale-I): Regular full-time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law with minimum 60% marks. Desirable: 1 year experience as HR Officer.
• IT Officer (Scale-I): Graduate in BE/B.Tech or PG in M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or Data Science with min 60% marks. Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET, SQL is preferred.
• Data Scientist / Analyst (Scale-I): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields with min 60% aggregate marks.
• Civil Engineer / Architect (Scale-I): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with minimum 60% marks.
• Manager – Credit (Scale-II): Regular full-time Graduate/PG in MBA (Finance); CA/CMA/CFA is an advantage. Mandatory: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Credit Department.
• Manager – Law (Scale-II): Regular full-time LLB degree, enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council. Mandatory: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Law Officer.
• Manager – Risk (Scale-II): Regular full-time Graduate/PG in MBA (Finance) or Master’s in Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics. Mandatory: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Risk Officer.
• Manager – Company Secretary (Scale-II): Associate Member of ICSI. Mandatory: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience working as CS.
• Manager – Security Officer (Scale-II): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Mandatory: Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force (not below Captain) or Paramilitary (not below Deputy Commandant).
• Senior Manager – Credit (Scale-III): Regular full-time Graduate and PG in Finance with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in credit operations.
• Senior Manager – Forex Officer (Scale-III): Regular full-time Graduate with MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance. Mandatory: Minimum 5 years experience in currency markets and trade finance.
