Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the prescribed age limits, educational qualifications, and passing year restrictions:
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 01/08/2026 for General candidates. Upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates (minimum 40% disability).
- Trade Apprentice Qualification: High School pass along with a regular full-time ITI pass certificate from an NCVT/SCVT recognized institute in the designated trade.
- Technician Apprentice Qualification: High School pass and a regular full-time Diploma in Engineering obtained within the last five years, securing minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Graduate Apprentice Qualification: 10+2 qualification followed by regular full-time Graduation in Engineering, Commerce (B.Com), or Arts (B.A), securing minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS and 50% for SC/ST.
- Passing Year Restriction: Technician and Graduate apprentice candidates must have completed their qualifying Diploma or Degree in the years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026. Distance learning, part-time, correspondence, or sandwich courses are strictly ineligible.
